2. No Refund After Service Delivery

Once a legal service has been:

• Fully delivered, or

• Substantially commenced (including consultations, legal advice, drafting, or case review),

no refund shall be issued, regardless of the outcome of the matter.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

• The service has not yet commenced, and

• A cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment, or before any work has begun (whichever is earlier)

If eligible, refunds will be processed after deducting:

• Administrative charges

• Payment gateway fees

• Any work already performed (if applicable)

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Legal consultations already conducted (online or offline)

• Drafted legal documents once shared (even partially)

• Court filings, registrations, or submissions already initiated

• Urgent or priority services once undertaken

• Government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Responding in a timely manner to legal queries

• Reviewing deliverables upon receipt

Failure to cooperate or provide necessary information does not qualify for a refund.

6. Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction

• No interest or additional compensation shall be provided

7. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, you must send a clear written request via email to:

8. Discretion of the Firm

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the firm be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Dissatisfaction with legal outcomes

• Delays caused by courts, government authorities, or third parties
